Nationally certified personal trainer, Gray Woodside, established RAPID REVAMPS in 2013. His background in resistance training, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and soccer led to him developing a passion for health, and helping others live their best lives. Gray dedicates his life to constantly seeking the truth in nutrition and exercise in order to relay factual information to others. RAPID REVAMPS' method uses the most current science in biomechanics and ancestral health to develop an appropriate plan for the individual's unique characteristics. Gray will design the most efficient, safe, and sustainable plan that is based on your goals, dietary preferences, and fitness level.
