3) I don't like salads, is there anything else I can eat? Yes, any of your favorite meals can be made with healthier alternatives.
4) What can I eat? Meats, seafood, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, fats and oils.
5) What am I supposed to stay away from? Dairy, Wheat, Gluten, Sugar, Sodium, Preservatives.
6) Can I drink anything but water? Yes, you can have unsweetened tea and coffee without cream or sugar.
7) Are there any fruits I shouldn't eat? You can eat all fruits, however, some fruits contain more sugar than others and some are more acidic than others.
8) Can I still drink alcohol? No, if you want to achieve maximum results. If you HAVE to drink, you can have ONE drink, choose Titos, Ciroc, or Chopin Vodka, any 100% De Agave Tequila, or (4-6oz) of red/white wine
9) I eat at restaurants often - which restaurants are best? You need to prepare as many of your meals as you can because restaurants sneak many of the food items we are trying to avoid in their dishes. Notify me if you HAVE to eat out and we will find the best option for you
10) What is the best salad dressing on this diet? That’s up to you-you can use olive oil, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, citrus fruits, berries, and spices. I like olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and lemon.
11) Is Olive Oil the best oil to cook with? No, the best oils to cook with are coconut, avocado, and grape seed oil.
12) Is chicken the best meat to eat? Chicken is great, but I cannot say it is necessarily the best. Ground turkey has the most protein and least amount of fat. You still need fish and red meat.
13) Can I eat beef? What about pork? Turkey? You can eat all lean meats, fish, and seafood free of processing and curing.
14) I don't have time to cook everyday, is there anything I can pre-prepare? I recommend having a cook day where you can prepare all of your ingredients and meals for the week. Also, I have great breakfast muffin recipes that take about 30 min. to make, and will last you all week.
15) How is this different than a low-cal diet? You will not have to count calories, we do not focus on the amount of calories, rather the type of calories. You are consuming more calories than a low-cal diet.

31) Do you have vegetarian options? Yes, 20-40% of the diet is vegetarian, however this program will not work if you are a vegetarian.

33) I don't want to bulk up, do I have to lift weights? You will not bulk up. Lifting weights, anaerobic, and aerobic exercises should be included in your plan.

35) I don't want to lose weight, I just want to tone up. Is that something you can help me with? Yes, you can even add muscle mass if you want.

37) Can I still drink my coffee? Yes, without creamer, or sweetener, but you can put a teaspoon of coconut oil in it. The best coffee is Bullet Proof Coffee.
38) I have 40 lbs to lose, how long will that take? Everybody is different. There are many factors involved.
39) Do you provide a recommended grocery list? Yes, the list is provided for you.
40) Can you create a diabetic-friendly program? Yes, everything on the edible list is low-glycemic index.
41) Is this a low-carb diet? No, this has a higher intake of protein and less fat intake than a low-carb diet.
